Behind the idea
The Tillett B10 seats are already iconic on their own – with sculpted ergonomics that provide exceptional support and comfort. But together with Tillet, we’ve taken them one step further.
CarBone created exclusive custom seat pads, carefully positioned in key areas to transform the B10 into a seat that’s not only performance-driven but also comfortable for daily use.
With their retro-futuristic character, these seats perfectly complement the timeless yet forward-thinking design language of our products, especially those crafted for Porsche enthusiasts.
How we made it
Using 3D scanning technology, we designed special seat pad frames. To ensure a perfect fit, we use two ultra-lightweight materials for the frames: nylon and ABS. They are covered with the comfortable foam and upholstered with selected material.
The finished cushions are provided with ultra-strong 3M™ VHB™ double sided tape. If needed, the tape can be easily removed without causing any damage to the seats.

The price for a "Custom" version is approximate and depends on the complexity of your vision.
At CarBone, we’re always open to crazy ideas. We can create custom perforations, as shown in the photos. You can use for example Tartan Plaid fabric and order matching CarBone Door Panels or Ignition Switch Cover. There’s plenty of room for creativity.
